BOOKINGS & SERVICES All bookings are subject to availability A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure a booking Services are governed by a separate photography contract provided at the time of booking 4. PRICING & PAYMENTS All prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed Payments must be made according to the terms outlined in your contract Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services 5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS All retainers are non-refundable Additional payments may be refunded at our discretion depending on the circumstances Full details are outlined in our Refund Policy 6. RESCHEDULING Rescheduling requests must be made with reasonable notice All reschedules are subject to availability We reserve the right to limit the number of reschedules 7.
