Cancellation Policy

BOOKING, CANCELLATION & WAITLIST POLICY Iron & Light Studios Effective Date: April 21/2026 This policy applies to all Family, Portrait, and Car Photography sessions. By booking with Iron & Light Studios, you agree to this policy as well as our full Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and related policies available on our website. Booking & Retainer A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your session. No date is held without payment. The retainer reserves your time and is non-refundable under all circumstances. Payments Remaining balances must be paid on or before your session unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund of the retainer. Cancellations If you cancel your session, the retainer is forfeited. Additional payments may be refunded at our discretion depending on notice and work completed. Rescheduling Rescheduling may be permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice and is subject to availability.
